Privacy notice

About this notice

OnePass Visa is operated by Medrax LLC. This notice describes the current website preview at uketa.onepassvisa.com. It does not describe a live application-processing service.

Please use sample information when exploring the application. Do not enter real passport details, health or criminal-history information, or other sensitive personal information.

Information entered in the preview

Form entries are held in the browser’s memory while the application is open. This preview does not send your application to OnePass Visa, the UK government or a payment provider.

Selected document images are previewed locally in your browser. They are not uploaded to a server. Refreshing the page or leaving the application clears the application state. There is no saved account, application recovery or emailed copy.

Website delivery and technical data

The hosting provider may process technical information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as IP address, browser details, requested pages and access logs. This is separate from the information you type into the application.

This preview does not include advertising pixels, behavioural analytics or marketing cookies. It does not send abandoned-application reminders.

Links to other websites

Links to GOV.UK and other external resources open a separate website. Those services have their own privacy notices and may collect information independently. Review their notices before providing information.

Before the service launches

A live service will need a complete privacy notice covering the operator’s contact details, processing purposes and legal bases, document handling, service providers, retention, international transfers and applicable privacy rights. These arrangements are not active in this preview.

Do not treat the preview as a secure document-submission channel. Live application collection will remain unavailable until the required arrangements are in place.
