The government application charge
GOV.UK states that its ETA fee is non-refundable after an application is made. If an application is rejected or its details need changing, a further application and fee may be necessary.

The proposed £79 OnePass Visa service fee is separate from the £20 government fee. The future service’s cancellation eligibility, timing and process have not yet been published. No refund or approval guarantee is made by this preview.

If you paid another website or the UK government, contact that provider through the details on your receipt. OnePass Visa cannot access or refund another provider’s transaction.
